As a U9 Lacrosse Coach, I have been frustrated with the quality of the beginner sticks. Nike sells a good stick Vapor LT that is about $50 but the stringing isn’t good. It bags out and is unplayable. However, the head is a good beginner head because of how wide it is. I decided to get some Hero 2.0 semi-soft and restring it so it’s usable.
My goals were to have a decent pocket with NO whip for beginning players. Pass this along to help the new families and new lacrosse players to the game.
